§ 1. General terms
You agree to the following terms and conditions when you become a customer and enter into a contract for the purchase of goods from Neckwear Sweden AB (556882-4063).
Neckwear Sweden AB only enter into contracts with adults over 18 years. If the person is a minor, parental permission is required for purchases.
1.3 TAX & DUTY
No duty or tax for orders below $200.00. For orders exceeding $200.00 use dutycalculator.com to calculate taxes and customs.
§ 2. DELIVERY
2.2 UPS STANDRAD SHIPPING ($6.00)
Delivery time 4-5 working days after your order has been sent. Orders with UPS must be placed before 3:00 pm (Stockholm time) to be shipped the same day. Home delivery.
2.3 UPS EXPRESS SAVER ($9.00)
Delivery time 2-3 working days after your order has been sent. Orders with UPS must be placed before 3:00 pm (Stockholm time) to be shipped the same day. Home delivery. Non refundable.
§ 3. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
If there is a problem with the product, it will be repaired or replaced with a new one. If you want to complain about a product, please contact our customer service. Please have your order number at hand so that we can help you as quickly as possible. We pay for all return and shipping costs for faulty products, don´t forget to mark any returns to as with RETURN at your local postoffice. We follow the Consumer Complaints Board’s recommendations and guidelines.
We offer at least 1 year’s warranty on all products. This is valid for all products in our range. If the warranty time exceeds 1 year, this will be stated in the product description.

Neckwearshop.com accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. All card numbers are encrypted, which provides payment security. We also offer Paypal services so that you can pay using your Paypal account or a debit card.
