§ 1. General terms
You agree to the following terms and conditions when you become a customer and enter into a contract for the purchase of goods from Neckwear Sweden AB (556882-4063).
Neckwear Sweden AB only enter into contracts with adults over 18 years. If the person is a minor, parental permission is required for purchases.
1.3 Tax & duty
For orders outside the EU sales tax and custom duty may apply. Check your local import fees.
Delivery to all countires outside EU are excluded of sales tax. If you select a country within the EU in checkout, sales tax will be added.
§ 2. DELIVERY
2.1 United States: USPS traceable package: $5.00
Delivery time 4-10 weekdays, mailbox delivery. Bigger packages will be delivered to the closest USPS pick up point.
2.2 UPS Express Saver Home Delivery: 1-4 weekdays: $20.00
Delivery to your home address or workplace. Orders between Monday to Friday are shipped the same day during working hours European time. No delivery takes place on Saturdays and Sundays. Tracking information is received via email. This shipping method is not refundable upon return.
2.3 Shipping to rest of the world

§ 3. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
If there is a problem with the product, it will be repaired or replaced with a new one. If you want to complain about a product, please contact our customer service. Please have your order number at hand so that we can help you as quickly as possible. We pay for all return and shipping costs for faulty products, don´t forget to mark any returns to as with RETURN at your local postoffice. We follow the Consumer Complaints Board’s recommendations and guidelines.
We offer a 2 years warranty on all products in our range.
